Pediatric Hospitalist/Newborn Medicine Pediatrician – Nashville, Tennessee

Ranked by U.S. News & World Report in 2023-24 as a Best Children’s Hospital in 10 pediatric specialties and the #1 children’s hospital in the Southeast, we’re seeking a Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Pediatric Hospitalist/Newborn Medicine Pediatrician to join the Division of Pediatric Outreach Medicine, Department of Pediatrics at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. Physicians with a clinical focus on Hospital Medicine as well as special interest and training in delivery room and newborn care are desired. Experience and competency in circumcisions is required.

The Outreach Medicine Division is comprised of pediatricians and NNP’s who staff a variety of services including Community Based Hospital Medicine, Newborn Medicine, Urgent Care Clinics and Primary Care.

The ideal candidate will possess a track record of excellence in clinical care, graduate medical education or research and outstanding leadership skills.  Academic rank, track and compensation will be dependent upon qualifications. Non-tenure, Clinical Practice track is also available.
