Pediatric Search Partners is a unique search firm because one of our founders, Glenda Church Smith, discovered what a special place children’s hospitals are while working herself as Director of Physician Recruitment at one of the nation’s leading children’s hospitals.
She discovered a love for connecting physicians and leaders with opportunities she knew would have a profound impact on the lives of children and their families. From working within an academic children’s hospital, and upon the encouragement of the VP she worked most closely with there, Glenda was inspired to put her passion, 20+ years of experience, and talents to use to create a special search firm that would help physicians and leaders within children’s hospitals, groups and health care organizations and impact children’s health care needs across the nation.
Since 2009, Pediatric Search Partners has successfully filled more than 500 searches for pediatricians, pediatric hospitalists, pediatric subspecialists, Medical Directors, Division Chiefs, Section Heads, Vice Presidents and Chair of Pediatrics.
