We’re seeking a Board Certified Pediatrician who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and their families to serve as Medical Director of the Pediatric Hospitalist Service at one of Valley Children’s Healthcare’s inpatient partners, Emanuel Medical Center. Emanuel Medical Center is conveniently located in Turlock, California just an hour north of Valley Children’s Hospital in Madera and less than two hours east of San Francisco. Emanuel Medical Center has 4 pediatric hospital beds and a 6-bed Level II NICU. The position offers a highly competitive compensation along with signing bonus, paid relocation and excellent benefits.

The Valley Children’s Healthcare network provides a full spectrum of pediatric services inside and outside its main campus in Madera County. Valley Children’s Healthcare incorporates a 358-bed freestanding children’s hospital, along with a medical foundation and network of physicians, clinics and satellite facilities around the 12-county region serving 1.3 million children. Those facilities include the Neonatal Intensive Care Units the network owns and operates in Fresno, Hanford and Merced, and its outpatient physician offices in Modesto, Merced and Bakersfield. The network also maintains a pediatric residency and partnership with Stanford Children’s Health.

Situated very near the geographic center of the state, you’re within one to two hours of the stunning Pacific coast, the Napa and Sonoma wine regions and the majestic Sierra Nevada Mountains, plus the San Francisco and San Jose metropolitan areas.
