We’re seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatric Physiatrists to join the growing practice at Ochsner Hospital for Children in New Orleans, Louisiana. In addition to patient care, you will have teaching responsibilities for the education of residents and medical students.

Ochsner is home to the most experienced team of pediatric rehabilitation medicine specialists in Louisiana and Mississippi. The hospital takes a multidisciplinary, family-centered approach that includes advanced practice providers, developmental pediatricians, dieticians, geneticists and genetic counselors, home health professionals, neurologists, neuropsychologists, neurosurgeons, occupational therapists, oncologists, orthopedic surgeons, orthotic and durable equipment experts, physical therapists, social workers, and speech therapists.

Ochsner Rehabilitation Hospital was named the Best Physical Rehabilitation Center in Louisiana by Newsweek in its list of America’s Best Physical Rehab Centers in 2021 and 2022. The new five-story, 125-bed Continuum Care Hospital opened in 2018 with floors dedicated to SNF, LTAC, skilled nursing, inpatient and a Brain Injury unit. The 10-bed Continuum Care Pediatric Rehab is the only one of its kind in the region.
